Kaushik Majumder from Calcutta,INDIA, services in a private organization and photography is his absolute hobby. In his Leisure he regularly travels in different parts of INDIA & capture the essence of human life with its expressions in different aspect of life styles. Particularly the village life stream attracts him most & thus his photography is based on it. In course of his travel he likes to frame the emotions ,sorrow, joy as well as the social customs of people including the rituals of different religions. Besides the photo-travel he regularly takes part in photo salons & competitions in National & International level approved by FIAP(Federation Of International del Art Photography), PSA(Photographic Society of America) and FIP (Federation Of Indian photography) & other Photographic Society. in many cases he achieved success with honours from different photo-communities of the world & his works have been widely acclaimed.
FIAP(Federation Of International del Art Photography, Belgium) has given him the AFIAP & EFIAP Distinctions & he got the FFIP Distinction from the FIP (Federation Of Indian photography).
